Lake Vitek

Lake Vitek is approximately 20 plus acres of man made lake. The depth reaches about 5-6 ft. You will find bluegill, crappies, largemouth bass, some perch, and I've even heard of a northern pike being landed. The fishing is on a catch and release basis. The reason for this is so more of our members can enjoy the sport of fishing and maybe catch the 'big one', and to also preserve the future population of the fish in our lake. There is a handicap fishing ramp on the west end of the lake, near the entrance. No motors are allowed on any boats on the lake, this is so we can try to keep the pollution in the lake to a minimum. Around the lake in several spots are picnic tables and some chairs, so you can sit, relax and enjoy the scenery. The entrance to the lake is on the south side of the property on Gleaner Rd. It has it's own access gate separate from the main gate. Come out and see for yourself what a beautiful lake and other fine facilities we have.
