Use
of club grounds by outside groups.
Requests by groups
wanting to use the club grounds should complete the
Facilities Use Form and forward it to
the Board of Directors for consideration. This
should be done at least 8 weeks in advance of the
requested dates. The board will consider the
application for use and notify the group making the
request.
Upon receipt of
written approval by the Board of Directors, the
group will be allowed to use the specified area on
the Saginaw Field & Stream property. If the Saginaw
Field & Stream Board of Directors grants use of the
property as per your request, it is expected that
any property and/or facilities used by your group
will be clean and neat upon your departure.
There are no
monetary gifts, merchandise or supplies to be
accepted from a group having been granted permission
to use the property. No Board Member may verbally
approve the use of any Saginaw Field & Stream Club
facility by an outside group. |
