Use of club grounds by outside groups

  1. Groups wishing to host a non-club event on any portion of Saginaw Field & Stream property  must make a written request to the Board of Directors by completing a facilities use form and sending it to P.O. Box 2092, Saginaw Michigan 48605.
  2. Board of Directors may acknowledge the request and will respond to the sponsor of the requesting group.
  3. Upon receipt of the written approval by the Board of Directors , the group will then be allowed to use the specific area on the Saginaw Field & Stream property.
  4. There are no monetary gifts, merchandise or supplies to be accepted from a group having been granted permission to use the property.
  5. No  Board Member may verbally approve the use of the facilities by an outside group.

     Prior to approval, you must present a certificate showing that Saginaw Field & Stream is an additional insured.

For Office use only:

    The Saginaw Field & Stream board of Directors grants use of the property as per your request. It is expected to have the property and any facilities used by your group that they be clean and neat upon your departure. Your are being granted this privilege because Saginaw Field & Stream feels it is being responsive to the community needs; therefore, we do not expect nor will their agents accept any monetary gifts or remuneration for the direct benefit of Saginaw Field & Stream.
